UKROC Rules
Please Read Carefully
It is essential that you read the rules in full as they change annually, the below is accurate for 2027. Reading and understanding the rules is the most important step to becoming the next UKROC winner!
If these rules are not followed, then it may result in you not being able to fly your rocket at a Regional, National or International event – and we don’t want that to happen to you!

Register for 2027!
BMFA Insurance
British Model Flying Association (BMFA) insurance is a mandatory requirement for all teams participating in UKROC. Teams must obtain and maintain their own BMFA membership and insurance cover in order to be eligible to launch rockets at any UKROC regional, national, or international event.
Teams without valid BMFA insurance will not be permitted to take part in rocket launches under any circumstances.
