Key 2021 Dates

We are pleased to announce that UKROC 2021 is going ahead.  To ensure the competition can proceed safely whilst allowing teams enough time to prepare, we have made the decision not to host the regional events but to allow teams to self-qualify only.

The 2021 rules and mission will remain the same, please familiarise yourself with the 2021 mission and to find out more information on self-qualification.  Please also read our Best Practice Guide.

The National Final will take place in October at BMFA Buckminster – Good luck!

  • 23 July – Deadline for entries
  • 19 September – Self-qualification submission deadline
  • 7 October – National Final

PRE-RegistEr for 2022!

Please Read Carefully

It is essential that you read both documents carefully as they are different to last year.  Reading and understanding the rules and mission is the most important step to becoming the 2021 UKROC Winner!

If these rules are not followed, then it may result in you not being able to fly your rocket at a Regional, National or International event – and we don’t want that to happen to you!

So take some time to go through these, and if you have any questions, please email

For guidance on safety, please read the Best Practice Guide.
